When the tent first showed up, my initial impression was actually positive. It looked decent out of the box and the setup was straightforward enough, so I thought I’d made a solid buy. But after a couple trips, that first impression started to fade. The fabric began showing wear sooner than I expected, and one of the zippers got frustrating to use. For the price, I really thought it would handle off-road use and rough weather a bit better. Customer service wasn’t awful, but they didn’t really come through with a fix either. Overall, I was expecting something tougher and ended up feeling disappointed.

I ordered a tent from offroadtents.com after spending way too long comparing options one night, and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info quickly, and it actually updated along the way, which somehow feels rare these days.
The box showed up in good shape, which was a relief because my delivery guy sometimes leaves stuff at a weird angle by the garage. Everything inside was there, nothing looked damaged, and I didn’t have to chase down any missing parts or deal with customer service.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because the delivery window was a little vague at first, so I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it. Other than that, it was a smooth order and I’d buy from them again.

The ordering part was totally fine, no issues there. But after that, the updates were slow, and I ended up having to reach out just to find out what was going on. the communication could be much better.

They carry some good brands, so it’s not even about that. The main issue is that most of the stuff I was looking for was unavailable, which made the shopping experience disappointing

Support walked me through the install and made it easy. I’m guessing they’ve helped a lot of people with the same setup because they seemed to know exactly where I’d get stuck before I even said much. Overall, good experience.
